We have been learning about written multiplication methods this week in Numeracy. We used the Blackpool Pleasure Beach for our theme and we created our very own theme park, calculating the area of each ride!!
this is a wonderfull lesson due to the fact that it is fun and creative wilst we are learning, new fun educational skills we love how it is set on a theme park blackpool pleasure beach... we should do things like this more offen.
Doing these theme parks was a mixture of a FUN lesson with numeracy joined together. It was a really fantastic topic and i hope we will do something like this again.
This is a fantastic subject due to the fact that its fun,creative and great to learn about area.This is an example of one of the theme parks we are Designing for numeracy (maths)
